Throughout his broadcast career, he has coached industry legends and boldly developed new talent. He has helped small, independent broadcasters compete successfully with major groups, and has worked with media giants looking for innovation and a new competitive edge. He has wide-ranging experience in radio programming, promotions and marketing, music, talent coaching and writing. After 15 years in North America, Ronnie has returned to Australia and is the Chief Content Officer for Virgin Radio International.
