Emily Copeland is a leading audio executive and youth demographic specialist, who has led media organisations in reimagining traditional business, content and commercial models.
Currently Head of Music for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Emily leads and manages the music strategy across triple j, Double J, triple j Unearthed, ABC Country, ABC Classic and ABC Jazz.
Previously, as Director of Audience Innovation and Music Partnerships at ARN, she was responsible for uncovering and championing strategic projects which created audience and brand innovation and growth, whilst also leading partnerships with the Australian music industry. Emily joined ARN in 2021 as General Manager of CADA, to lead the launch of a new multi-platform national youth media brand which created content for a diverse youth audience across a multi-platform media ecosystem.
